LOGISTICS
Logistics is the management of the flow of physical materials. In the context of LGC Logistics, we ensure that Chilled and Dry items from Red Ribbon Bakeshop Commissary (Zenith) both in Canlubang, Laguna and Taytay Rizal are freshly delivered to our stores on time without delays.
Our Logistics people guarantee zero shortages and damages by following standards in handling/transporting goods.
ENGINEERING
Engineering department is applying engineering concepts for the optimization of equipment, procedures, and departmental budgets to achieve better maintainability, reliability, and availability of equipment.
Our department offers maintenance services for the following equipment: kitchen equipment and fryers, small kitchen equipment, air conditioning unit, cold storages, pipe declogging and signage cleaning.
PURCHASING
A centralized LGC Purchasing where a systematic process of procurement is performed. We provide supplies and materials to our customer (Operation and the Head Office) and ensure its sustainability. We guarantee the availability of stock and inventory at any given time and ensure utmost quality of products and services being supplied. Our supplier is our business partners.

FINANCE
The finance department plans, directs, and controls accounting and financial operations. Prepares reports and documents covering accounting transactions for management review. Ensures that accurate records are kept by standard practices. Establishes budgets, forecasts future cash flows, provides periodic financial analysis.
HUMAN RESOURCES
The company's essential and strategic partner in organizational development. Primarily on top in Human Resource Management from talent acquisition, recruitment, hiring, on-boarding and separation. Provide full spectrum of payroll and benefits framework. Promote activities and continue to develop a well-defined culture anchored towards its core values that encourages people engagement and drives business success.
